Tacos de Papa con Chorizo

Ingredients
  • 1 large potato, boiled, peeled and cut in small cubes
  • 3 1/2 ounces chorizo
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • Olive oil to taste
  • 8-10 small corn tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Fry the onion and add the cubed potato. Move ingredients in the pan until they are soft. Add the chorizo and cook until fully cooked. Heat tortillas and fill them with the potato mix. Enjoy!
